Cycle Therapy was started out of a love for bikes. Cycling is a life sport -- a way of life. It represents more than just a mode of transportation. Cycling represents fun, freedom, personal expression, a connection to community and the outdoors. We think of riding a bike as group therapy, recreational therapy, or play therapy!
We are dedicated to every cyclist at every level, with the commitment to make each customers' experience in our shop exceptional. Our offerings include clinics, weekly shop rides, 2x monthly beginner skills rides, triathlon clinics & training by our on-staff USAT Certified Coach, and professional fitting by our SICI-certified fitter. We support and sponsor local events, rides and teams. Cycle Therapy is a Corporate Partner & Retail Member, actively working with IMBA Trail Solutions in bringing a compact, but world-class bike park to Twin Falls.
Cycle Therapy carries everything a cyclist will need to make their experience the best it can be. Whether you spin, do triathlons, ride the roads, explore the mountains, cruise the neighborhood, or commute to work, we have the gear you need. And if we don't have it, we can order it in for you. Special orders are always welcome!
And because Cycle Therapy is co-owned by a woman, I am dedicated to the female cyclist, providing clinics and on-the-bike instruction to help you feel safe and enjoy your ride. We also have the best selection of women's cycling and active wear in the Magic Valley. Join us at one of our Ladies' Nights!
We are excited to have some of the most knowledgeable people in the area on staff. From service to advice to selection, our staff will find the best solution for you!
The Ride is Better Together!
Bob & Robin Seastrom
This shop has the best service of any of the countless bike shops I've been to. I needed a one-day rental, and they had no bikes available. But they wanted so much to take care of me that they checked for potential cancellations, and finally said they would increase their rental fleet to accommodate me. Nice! But it gets better. I then asked whether they could give me pedals that matched the cleats on my shoes. They didn't have what I wanted in the shop -- but Bob said he had those pedals at his house since he used to ride with them. So he brought those in for me and installed them on the bike. And then when I picked it up, he went to great lengths to fit the bike to me. He wasn't satisfied the bike fit well enough though, so he found a different bike and went through the whole routine again. I was treated like their most valued customer, and all this for a rental that had a charge of only $35? How can they make stay in business when they go to such lengths for customers for these low-charge items? Easy: customers fall in love with the shop and show their appreciation by buying more products (in my case, buying a race belt, nutrition, and several pair of socks that I hardly needed). These guys are the best.
Thank you for the shop sponsorship of the Magic Valley contingent of Team ICO. I really appreciate all you do for the team members. The indoor training space during the winter months is invaluable. Everyone in the shop is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is outgoing and fun to be around. You two are making, in my opinion, a huge difference here in Twin Falls and the Magic Valley. Keep up the good work and this community will become a bigger cycling community. Beyond what you have done for the team, what you do to promote cycling is great. From the cyclocross races, to the mountain bike test ride sessions, to the workshops, and everything else, you are making an impact that I have not previously seen out of any other shop in my 17 years living in this community.
I have known Bob & Robin for many years and respect them very much. They are genuine and very friendly. When you ask them to order something, they deliver. I really like the shop atmosphere. It is bright, welcoming & professional. I make it a habit to visit bike shops in my travels. There are old, kinda grungy shops; classic Cupertino shops; cookie-cutter Performance shops; and then there are modern locally-owned shops like Cycle Therapy. I am glad they are in our community and I will refer people to them with confidence.
I just want to say thanks for a great experience. Bob, I appreciate the time you spent with me on the bike and all the helpful tips. I'm glad we have a full-service bike shop here in Twin. I look forward to doing business with you in the future!
Bob and Robin make it impossible to have an excuse for not riding a bike. The equipment they sell is high quality, they ensure a comfortable, efficient fit on your bicycle and they carry clothes that keep you comfortable in any weather. They listen to the comments made by their customers and make every effort to provide merchandise that is in style and will last for years. Many of the clothes they carry are ideal for sports other than cycling as well. It doesn't matter if your cycling interests are in racing, touring, mountain, cruising, recreational or anything in between, Bob and Robin will do what they can to cater to all of your needs.
I cannot thank you enough for my fabulous bike fit! I have had other bike fits before, but none of them gave me the results and comfort I now have on my bike since I had my bike fit by Bob. Since the fit, my power numbers have significantly increased and that nagging lower back pain I felt on rides prior to the fit are just a faded memory. You were absolutely worth the 520 mile round trip it took from Utah to Twin Falls for you to work your magic. Plan on seeing me this summer with cyclocross bike in hand for a fit as well! I also want to compliment you on the line of clothing and accessories you carry. The Louis Garneau cycling clothes are the finest I have ever worn. But my absolute favorite cycling jersey is by Sheila Moon. Her fall jerseys are unique, really comfortable and warm. Thanks for the great experience at your establishment. I look forward to seeing you on my next trip to Twin Falls.
